Andrew boots are hand-crafted in Italy using the highest quality materials, are built to last and be comfortable to wear for long periods of time. These boots are uniquely engineered to withstand harsh conditions associated with farming, especially High Country sheep and beef farming.
Our research has shown that farming boots typically break down in the area of the midsole and fail prematurely due to being affected by chemicals present in animal waste, particularly uric acid.
Knowing this we worked closely with Andrew in Italy to engineer a solution, opting for a ‘box’ or sealed midsole that prevents ingress or absorption by animal waste, liquids or other harmful chemicals.
The design has proved very successful and these boots now have a strong following amongst the farming and related communities. Quality that’s fit for purpose is worth investing in, much like a good dog or set of tools.
